Abstract

Textual linguistics was formed in the 70s and 80s of the twentieth century as a separate branch of linguistics. Although the text, which is the main object of study of text linguistics, is currently being studied in terms of discursive text analysis, semiotics, narratology and psycholinguistics, linguistics is still the only term. We can see from the definitions of the term text in the literature that it is a broad concept.
