Abstract

The practical aspects of promoting the quality of work of professors-teachers are considered in this article, which includes the analysis of a sociological survey on the topic "Social factors of increasing the work efficiency of professors-teachers" in higher educational institutions. At present, appropriate conclusions have been given on ensuring that the formation of the educational system in higher education institutions meets the new innovative conditions and the requirements of the economy.
