ФАКТОРЫ ВЛИЯЮЩИЕ НА РАЗВИТИЯ ЛАРИНГОТРАХЕАЛЬНЫХ СТЕНОЗОВ У ВЗРОСЛЫХ

Abstract

Laryngotracheal stenosis (LTS) is a fibrotic process that narrows the upper respiratory tract and has a significant effect on respiration and phonation. The number of patients with injuries of the hollow organs of the neck in the form of persistent stenosis of the larynx and trachea, due to medical and social reasons does not decrease. Such lesions are associated with the persistence of transport, industrial and domestic injuries. Additional factors in the development of persistent deformations of the larynx and trachea are prolonged resuscitation, thyroid surgery, as well as organ-preserving operations in oncosurgery (Khojaeva K.A., Najmutdinova N.S. 2008).
