Abstract

The problem of adaptation of students in universities at the initial stage of vocational training is one of the most pressing problems of modern psychology and pedagogy of higher education. One of the most important factors of the success of adaptation processes is the motivational field of first-year students, which serves as the driving force of educational and professional activities, communication, behavior and activity.
