Abstract

The article examines the idea of virtuality in the context of philosophical reflection, focusing on project-technological practice as a source and basis for enriching the categorical content of this idea. The development of virtual reality through the evolution of information technology mechanisms and their implementation in social, economic and educational spheres is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the division of virtuality into natural and artificial forms, their unique characteristics and impact on social processes. The prospects for digitalization and virtualization of society are considered, including their impact on education, economics and human thinking. A conclusion is made about the need for further philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of virtuality, which contributes to the creation of innovative concepts and practical solutions in various fields.
