Abstract

This article describes the organization of the legal profession in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its stages and history of development, as well as the legal framework. At the same time, special attention is paid to what is advocacy and what is advocacy, the types of advocacy, their differences and similarities, the main tasks to be performed, the scientific analysis and the field of advocacy. A number of development proposals have been put forward.
