Abstract

Self-governing bodies are not part of the system of public authorities, so their relationship is based on cooperation. Article 4 of the Law on Local Government regulates this issue. The basis of the relationship is strengthened as they direct their activities. This article discusses the relationship between selfgovernment and government.
