Abstract

The article discusses the concept of "stalking" as a form of violent behavior. Based on the analysis of the legislation of foreign countries, the signs and features of stalking were identified. In addition, real examples from practice were given. Taking into account the public danger of this act, it is proposed to criminalize stalking in the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
