Abstract

In the second half of the 1980s. postmodernism came out of the underground, in the 1990s it became the main artistic trend in Russian literature. Of the galaxy of Russian post-modernists, V. Pelevin is considered the most commercially successful author: i.e. the most read [4]. The main reason for such success is balancing on the verge of mass literature and postmodernism. In post-modern literature, writers consciously and widely use the method of parallel text construction, Manfred Pfister believes that intertextuality is one of the most obvious signs of modernism
